Step 1
Halve or quarter larger mushrooms. Slice onionand crush garlic. Add to pot.
Step 2
Sprinkle oregano over ingredients.
Step 3
Add browned beef if using.
Step 4
Add tin of condensed soup and fill tin with waterand add this too.
Step 5
Stir and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours. Add sour creamjust before the end of cooking time.
Step 6
Serve with rice
*The beef can be left out to make this dish suitable forvegetarians.
